Exalting the products, tastes and flavors of our land for us of Meriggio is a mission. And because Tuscany is a very generous land and the typical Tuscan products are very linked to the gastronomic traditions of the territory, we decided to produce a collection of Sughi, with only Tuscan ingredients. A Line strongly anchored to the territory and to Km zero.
To best use and enhance the flavor of our sauces, pour into a pan the sauce contained in the jar and heat over low heat with two/ three tablespoons of pasta cooking water for 3 minutes. Pour the dough into the pan and stir gently for about 1 minute. Serve with a drizzle of oil and a little Parmesan. Here on your table is ready a real Tuscan dish.
